The CTSW Block Club, Get involved!

December 14, 1963 launched a major metamorphosis to the Baldwin Vista community. The failure of the Baldwin Hills Reservoir Dam destroyed or damaged over 80 homes. What was rebuilt and improved has brought about the beautiful and serene environment we enjoy today. Change-makers have entered our environment causing concerns that challenge our quiet residential enclave. A collective voice is needed to address these concerns and your involvement is key. Volunteer, Volunteer, Volunteer. Your Block Club wants to work WITH you for the common good. 

Formerly the Cloverdale, Terraza, Stillwater, Weatherford Home Owner’s Association, the formal association status was challenged and resulted in its dissolution several years ago. We have regrouped as a Block Club and look forward to re-establishing the community bond previously enjoyed.
